Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of the ship date. If a return is approved, you will be reimbursed for the invoice amount minus:

  • A 25% restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs
  • The cost of any mattress included in the order

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • The Fixed ActiveCare bed
  • Mattresses, chair pads, and ActiveCare sheets (per FDA regulations and hygienic safety requirements)
  • Custom-made items once production has begun

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect, contact Med-Mizer Customer Service immediately.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
