Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Ground and freight shipping is free for all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We DO ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call for freight estimates. White glove service is not offered in either state.  

Most orders ship via freight carrier and require a commercial or residential address capable of accepting palletized shipments. Please ensure your delivery location is accessible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination but typically range between 3–7 business days after dispatch. Rural or hard-to-access areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to track the shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Freight Shipments

Larger items ship via freight. Freight deliveries may require a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service. If you have specific delivery needs, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping Damage

If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We may request photos or documentation to assist with a claim.
